Health Ministry: optimized crisis management with DialOnce

Since March 2020, the Ministry of Solidarity and Health has had to relieve its saturated telephone channel, due to the introduction of the Coronavirus COVID-19 toll-free number, then again in 2021, with the launch of the new number dedicated to vaccination.

Solution
Due to a high volume of incoming calls and regular peaks linked to the health crisis, the Ministry of Solidarity and Health deployed the DialOnce Visual IVR in less than 24 hours to improve its reachability and offer better access to information.
