Following the Ecovadis assessment conducted in July 2024, DialOnce is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Platinum medal. This distinction places our company among the top 1% of very small businesses in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to integrating ethical, sustainable, and environmentally friendly practices into everything we do. At DialOnce, we firmly believe that every action counts towards building a more responsible future.

Protecting our environment is a priority!

Every action counts!
At DialOnce, we're doing everything we can to preserve our environment.

  • We keep track of our carbon footprint and work to reduce it! For example, thanks to the maintenance and lifecycle management of our products, we have reduced our carbon footprint by 14% in 2023 vs 2022!

No less important, we have optimized our electricity consumption by recently moving to better insulated, gas-heated premises.

  • Our offices are equipped with presence detectors and timers.

At DialOnce, diversity is an integral part of our corporate culture. 
As a tech company, we are committed to giving more and more places to women and aiming for equality.

  • In 2023, 31% of DialOnce employees will be women, compared with 18% in 2022.

DialOnce is a company on a human scale, where everyone can grow, develop and progress.
We give everyone the freedom to organize their working hours as they wish, between remote work and presence in the office. Everything is done to encourage cohesion and collaboration despite the distance.

Challenge "Move Once Twice Thrice"

At DialOnce, we firmly believe in the power of physical activity to create positive change around us. With this in mind, we launched our "Move Once Twice Thrice" challenge in partnership with the STRAVA app. Our team members embraced the challenge by completing over 2,000 activities, covering the equivalent of 8,000 km by converting burned calories into kilometers.

With 21 different sports practiced, each activity allowed us to accumulate points, which were then converted into funds to support causes that are dear to us. Thanks to this collective effort, we raised €1,200, which we proudly donated to the ASLIVE association.

At the end of July, members of our team visited one of ASLIVE's summer camps for a day of volunteering, participating in activities and providing support to individuals with mental disabilities.
