Subprocessors

Listed below are DialOnce’s subprocessors that may process personal data in connection with the delivery of DialOnce solutions.

The subprocessors shown in bold are generally used by default.

The others are used depending on the specific implementation (for example, a single subprocessor for SMS management, a single subprocessor for DID numbers if the integration does not use the DialOnce SMS API, etc.).

Therefore, the actual list applicable to a given end customer depends on the implementation in question.

We are generally not in a position to provide the exact physical addresses where data is processed due to the way cloud providers operate at a technical level. This operating model is inherent to the architecture of such providers. A cloud provider typically maintains “regions” around the world. Within these regions, there is the concept of “availability zones.” A node hosted by a cloud provider is located in one or more availability zones within a given region. Regardless of whether the customer chooses to replicate data within a region or across regions, the cloud provider itself may replicate data within the same region to other availability zones, particularly to ensure high availability through multi-site redundancy. As a result, data processed through a cloud provider generally exists across multiple facilities within a given region. In addition, for security reasons, cloud providers generally do not allow disclosure of the specific locations of their data center buildings or related facilities.

Accordingly, DialOnce can only commit to the location of processing at the level of the Europe region. Any country references included in the table above are provided for information purposes only and may change.
